It is mandatory for the customer to present valid photo identification at the time of arrival in the studio to avail service if the customer is from the country other than India. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport.

PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card.

Pets are not allowed in the studio premises.

Should any action by a customer be deemed inappropriate by the studio, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the studio, the studio reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the customer.

A discounted booking cannot be modified.

Customer shall be liable for any damage to studio asset. Customer shall keep the Studio recording/Control room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY

The extension would be provided at current rates without discount, subject to availability.

Current rates can be different from the rates at which the sessions were booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceling in RLS is as fast and easy as booking one.

We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings canceled within 30 minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation 24 hours or more prior to session time is Free cancellation (100% refund)
Cancellation Less than 12 hours before session time is 50% cancellation.

On the date of check-in

In case you decide to cancel a booking after check-in time or do not show up at the studio, the complete booking amount, whichever is lower, shall be deducted.

Mid Stay Cancellations

In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the next 24 hours after the official cancellation. Money for the remaining SESSION will be refunded.

For bookings of Silver, Gold and Platinum  –

In case you do not show up at the Studio, no refund is applicable on the booking.

Mid Stay Cancellation

In case you decide to shorten your booking for Silver, Gold and Platinum post the check-in date, no refund is applicable on the booking.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking using our website or mobile app. You can also call us on +91-8800559668 to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 4 working days. However, it may take an additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.

PAYMENT POLICY
For bookings of Silver, Gold and Platinum, Customer have to settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. Studio will be unable to provide further session prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.

STUDIO SPECIFIC POLICIES

Studio specific amenities are captured on the website and the app. Customer are advised to refer the same while booking.

Studio in remote locations may not have Wi-Fi connectivity due to unavailability of network in those regions.

Some Studio may deny entry of visitors to Recording or control rooms. Please confirm with the Studio before inviting visitors into the studio.
